My original Black Bean salsa/dip/whatever you want to call it, it’s dang good.

This is the easiest thing to make, and everyone who I’ve ever made it for has LOVED it.

1 can black beans – drained
1 half sized can of corn – drained
1 can diced tomatoes (plain or with chiles, whichever you prefer!) – don’t drain! it makes it a little runny and yummy!
10 jalapeños from the jar- chopped up (i use the pickled kind already sliced up, but if you prefer whole jalapeños – go for it!)
Cholula – my favorite of all the hot sauces, but any will do
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoons Cumin
1 teaspoon of salt (I usually end up adding more, but i’m a salt freak)


Throw everything into a bowl, mix it all up, and ENJOY.
